Halloween Party 2019

To say we have fun at MTKCP would be a grand understatement! We have a blast! One of our favorite days of the year is our Halloween party. We get to dress up, play games and make interesting crafts. I usually dress up but on years when I don’t, I wear something fun. One year I wore my spider leggings. I’ve been a scarecrow a couple of time. That is probably my favorite.
I also use this time to do fun photo shoots with the kids in their costumes for the parents. My youngest daughter is an amazing photographer so she is able to capture some great pics.
Our class looks a bit different each year. This year we have two infants, a crawler and a toddler added to our larger class of two to four year olds. That being said, not all the children participated in the dress up or the photo shoot. We were able to make a couple of fun crafts with the older kids.
We keep it fun, NOT scary. I don’t believe in making things scary because that takes the fun out of it. We ONLY want to add FUN into our day, not fear. There is enough fear in the world, we don’t need to add to it.
